Under the partnership, Emarat will deliver end-to-end LPG solutions, including uninterrupted supply, system installations, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and compliance with safety standards. Tenants, both residential and commercial, will also benefit from 24/7 customer support, meter reading, billing, and invoicing services.

Salem Al Nuaimi, Director of Asset Services and Solutions Management at Wasl, described the collaboration as “another step in Wasl’s journey to redefine service excellence across our portfolio,” highlighting how Emarat’s digital-first approach will enhance convenience and efficiency.

As part of the initiative, tenants will gain access to Emarat’s fully automated LPG Services Mobile App, enabling real-time service requests, cashless payments, and a streamlined user experience in line with Dubai’s smart city ambitions.

The collaboration marks a significant advancement in energy infrastructure and service delivery, reinforcing both companies’ roles in supporting modern, sustainable communities across Dubai.
