ENOC names new CEO to lead next growth phase

Hussain Sultan Lootah takes the helm as ENOC advances Dubai’s energy and sustainability goals.

ENOC Group has announced the appointment of Hussain Sultan Lootah as Acting Chief Executive Officer, as part of the Group’s ongoing commitment to shaping the future of energy in Dubai.

With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, Lootah brings a strong background in finance, commercial strategy, project management, and talent development. He will succeed Saif Humaid Al Falasi, who served as CEO for the past decade and played a key role in ENOC’s growth and international expansion.

The appointment comes as ENOC continues to advance strategic initiatives across its energy value chain. From exploration and production to retail and sustainable energy solutions, positioning the company to play a central role in the UAE’s long-term energy transition.
