Fastned powers passenger transport in the Netherlands

The e-mobility company has partnered with Noot to power group transport operations across the country.

Fastned is starting a partnership with Noot Personenvervoer to power its passenger transport and mobility services operations.

The charging point operator will help the company in achieving its plans for climate-neutral group transport by leveraging charging offers and a fast charging service across its charging network in Europe. This will allow Noot access to over 1,900 chargers at more than 320 fast-charging stations in seven European countries.

We as Fastned are happy to help with that by giving them access to the large European network of fast charging stations with a hassle-free charging experience,” said Lieke Duijmelings, Commercial Director at Fastned.

Noot has already taken a step towards climate-neutral transport with a fleet of 1,300 fully electric vehicles.

Fastned has been on a mission to accelerate the transition to electric mobility since 2012. The company’s nature-inspired stations offer drivers the opportunity to power their vehicles in approximately 10-15 minutes at each location.
