Love’s Travel Stops is advancing its quick service restaurant (QSR) offerings with the nationwide deployment of smart ordering kiosks at Arby’s locations.

The rollout, made possible through a partnership with technology provider Bite, reflects Love’s ongoing commitment to innovation across its retail and dining services. These new kiosks allow guests to place food orders quickly and independently.

“These kiosks empower customers with more control, faster service, and a more personalized interaction with the brands they love,” said Nick Bouse, director of food service at Love’s.

Designed with accessibility in mind, the kiosks are ADA-compliant and support both English and Spanish. Visual menus with item images improve usability, while built-in prompts highlight add-ons and seasonal promotions.

Beyond enhancing the guest experience, the kiosks also streamline operations. By automating the ordering process, staff can focus more on food preparation, improving speed and quality.

The kiosks also integrate with Love’s existing digital ecosystem, including the Love’s Connect app, in-store point-of-sale systems, and the My Love’s Rewards program.

Looking ahead, Love’s plans to expand Bite kiosk technology to additional restaurant concepts within its network.
