Last update: Apr 30, 2025

The partnership marks another step in McLane’s ongoing expansion into 3PL services.

McLane Company has entered a new third-party logistics partnership in the U.S. with global convenience leader Circle K. Set to begin later this year, the collaboration is designed to enhance supply chain performance and streamline merchandise distribution to approximately 1,600 Circle K and Holiday stores across 14 states in the Midwest.

As part of the agreement, McLane will manage three dedicated distribution centers located in Otsego, Minnesota; Lockbourne, Ohio; and Hazelwood, Missouri. These facilities will handle a wide range of convenience products – including snacks, candy, beverages, and private label items – ensuring timely deliveries, efficient inventory control, and increased operational flexibility.

The partnership marks another step in McLane’s ongoing expansion into 3PL services and reflects Circle K’s strategy to strengthen supply chain efficiency and responsiveness. Executives from both companies emphasized the importance of logistics innovation in meeting evolving consumer expectations and supporting long-term growth.
