RaceTrac has officially opened its first convenience store in Ohio, marking a key milestone in the company's ongoing expansion. The 8,100-square-foot travel center aims to serve the nearly 75,000 professional drivers, commuters, residents, and travelers who pass through the area daily.

“This strategic decision allows us to showcase our commitment to exceptional service, quality products, and community engagement in a new market. The region's vibrant economy and welcoming communities present a tremendous opportunity for our innovative approach and dedication to delivering convenience that we trust will resonate well with Ohioans,” said Melanie Isbill, Chief Brand Officer at RaceTrac.

The grand opening celebration features a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local officials and law enforcement representatives. The first 100 visitors to the store will receive a $25 RaceTrac gift card, and free product samples will be offered throughout the day. In addition, RaceTrac is presenting $2,500 donations to both the Findlay High School Marching Band and the Findlay Fraternal Order of Police.

RaceTrac, founded in 1934, now operates more than 580 stores across 14 states and plans to further its presence in Ohio and beyond. Each new location adds approximately 40 jobs to the local community. Known for its "Whatever Gets You Going" brand of convenience, RaceTrac is committed to simplifying and enhancing the lives of its guests.

With its entry into Ohio, RaceTrac continues its mission of bringing high-quality products and exceptional service to new markets, further solidifying its reputation as a leader in the convenience store industry.
