Repsol has reached its goal of 600 service stations offering 100% renewable fuel in the Iberian Peninsula, fulfilling the target set in its 2024-2027 Strategic Update.

The company achieved its plans of 600 stations with Nexa 100% renewable diesel ahead of the end of the year, with 550 locations in Spain and 50 in Portugal. Following this milestone, Repsol aims to have 1,500 stations offering renewable fuel by the end of 2025.

“We are undergoing a profound transformation, evolving our industrial complexes into multi-energy hubs capable of producing low-carbon products, and driving new business models based on circularity, digitalization, and technology,” said Berta Cabello, Director of Renewable Fuels at Repsol.

Nexa 100% renewable diesel is produced from organic waste and helps reduce net CO2 emissions by up to 90% compared to the mineral-based fuel it replaces.
