Terpel formalises new subsidiary in the Dominican Republic

Terpel operates one of the largest fuel distribution networks in Latin America, with approximately 2,400 service stations across the region.
Terpel has established a new subsidiary in the Dominican Republic, advancing a strategic move announced months earlier as the company explores fresh business opportunities in the Caribbean market.
According to a statement, the company confirmed that Terpel Comercial Dominicana was formally registered on 11 November, with its headquarters located in Santo Domingo.
The company noted that operations are expected to begin in the coming months, pending the completion of regulatory registrations required under Dominican law.
Terpel reiterated its long-standing policy against improper or unsafe practices involving the granting of powers of representation.
