ADNOC Distribution to launch first flagship station in Egypt

The site is set to offer an expanded Oasis convenience store alongside a wide range of automotive services.

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) Distribution is set to open the first flagship service station in Egypt during 2025, located in New Cairo.

This new location is set to join the currently operating 11 stations across the country. What will set this site apart from the others will be an expanded Oasis convenience store alongside a wide range of automotive services.

“The ongoing success of our TEME joint venture demonstrates the value of our international expansion strategy in driving value-accretive growth. Egypt, with its significant economic potential, is a key part of our growth journey,” said Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, as reported by Mubasher.

This fuel retail network is the result of the company's acquisition of a 50% stake in TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt announced in 2023, resulting in the creation of the TEME joint venture.

Currently, the joint venture between ADNOC Distribution and TotalEnergies operates over 240 service stations across Egypt. Apart from expanding its presence in the local fuel retail sector, the company aims to extend its reach to the aviation fuel market.
