The company signed a strategic agreement with noon to enable faster delivery, AI-powered logistics, and broader retail access.

ADNOC Distribution has entered a strategic partnership with digital marketplace noon to transform quick-commerce services across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The collaboration aims to combine the chain’s retail network with noon’s AI-driven logistics capabilities, redefining how convenience products are ordered and delivered. As part of the agreement, noon will establish new noon Minutes fulfilment hubs within the company service stations, bringing 15-minute delivery of everyday essentials to more locations across the UAE.
These hubs will serve as last-mile delivery centers, enabling rapid dispatch of ADNOC Oasis products ordered via the chain’s app.
“By combining our nationwide retail network with noon’s advanced digital and logistics capabilities, we are accelerating our journey to turn service stations into smart convenience hubs—powered by technology and focused on delivering real value to our customers and shareholders,” said Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution.
Deliveries will be handled by noon riders, creating a seamless connection between ADNOC’s retail offerings and noon’s established quick-commerce infrastructure.
The initiative also supports ADNOC Distribution’s broader strategy to diversify its non-fuel retail business, enhance digital engagement, and deploy AI to improve customer experiences. Currently operating 551 service stations and 373 Oasis stores across all seven emirates, the company operates the UAE’s most extensive network of mobility retail sites.
