Deal includes 87 convenience store locations and aims to build on Green Valley Grocery’s nearly 50-year legacy.

Anabi Oil has announced plans to acquire Green Valley Grocery, a Southern Nevada-based convenience store operator, in a deal that includes 87 locations across the region.
The agreement, pending regulatory approval, marks a significant expansion of Anabi Oil’s presence in the Las Vegas market, as reported by NACS. The combined network is expected to drive innovation, expand loyalty programs, and create new operational efficiencies, while honoring Green Valley Grocery’s longstanding role in the community.
“Green Valley Grocery has been a cornerstone of Las Vegas for nearly 50 years, and we are honored to carry that legacy forward,” said Sam Anabi, founder and owner of Anabi Oil. “This acquisition is about our long-term commitment to Nevada: keeping the Green Valley Grocery name alive, strengthening Rebel’s place in the community, and continuing to invest in the future of convenience for the families and neighborhoods we serve.”
For Anabi Oil, known for its Rebel convenience store brand, the acquisition reflects both growth and stewardship. Founded in 1991 when Sam Anabi opened a single gas station, the company has since become a trusted name in the U.S. convenience industry.
The Green Valley Grocery deal follows Anabi’s June 2024 acquisition of Land O’Sun Management Corporation (Fast Track), which included petroleum marketing, convenience retail, and quick-service restaurant operations in northern Florida. That transaction added 17 convenience stores and 12 QSR locations to Anabi’s portfolio.
