The charging spots are located near Zaragoza and along one of the country’s busiest routes connecting Madrid and Barcelona.

Endesa has partnered with Gasolprice to open four ultra-fast electric vehicle (EV) charging points strategically located close to Zaragoza, Spain.
These charging stations are designed to support both light and heavy-duty vehicles, addressing the growing demand for electric mobility across Spain. The new chargers are located at Gasolprice service stations just over 50 kilometers from Zaragoza, along one of Spain's busiest routes, the A-2, which connects Madrid and Barcelona.
Two ultra-fast chargers with 300 kW and 150 kW capacity are already operational, while two more chargers at a nearby station are in the process of being connected to the grid.
"Endesa has been committed to facilitating the electrification of transport in Spain for over a decade. Steps like this are crucial to electrifying the freight transport sector, which is key to reducing emissions across the entire transport sector and Spain as a whole," said Davide Ciciliato, General Director of Commercialization at Endesa.
The stations are powered by renewable energy and can charge a light EV in just minutes, while also being equipped to handle the larger energy demands of heavy-duty vehicles.
The agreement with Gasolprice is part of Endesa’s broader commitment to expand its charging network across Spain. Since 2018, the company has been developing one of the largest and highest-quality public charging networks in the country, with nearly 6,000 charging points, over 40% of which are rapid and ultra-fast chargers.
