Fastned taps One Hundred Restrooms to improve facilities across Europe

The first new restrooms are set to open in the first quarter of 2025 across tations in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Fastned and One Hundred Restrooms have announced a strategic collaboration with the signing of a European framework agreement between the two companies.
This partnership aims to deliver a high-quality, reviving restroom experience for electric vehicle (EV) travelers and all other road users across Europe. Both companies will work to deliver a new standard in comfort, safety, and well-being along the European highways.
“Our aim is to make road travel as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and with One Hundred on board, we’re elevating this experience. This collaboration underscores our commitment to sustainable, user-centered design, ensuring every stop feels like a refreshing, enjoyable break,” said Jasper van Dijk, Retail Director at Fastned.
Both companies will address the need for high-quality amenities for drivers to make the most of their waiting time or break with co-designed restrooms.
“This partnership is a big milestone for ONE HUNDRED as we extend our footprint across Europe, bringing forward new restroom concepts and greater innovation in public well-being,” added Bram Gleichman, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of One Hundred Restrooms.
The partnership between Fastned and One Hundred Restrooms will launch with new facilities at charging stations in Belgium and the Netherlands, with the first new restrooms set to open in the first quarter of 2025.
