Both companies have signed a new partnership to enhance the platform’s customer experience through AI and data analytics.

YPF Digital (YDI), the division responsible for managing YPF’s digital assets, has signed a strategic agreement with Google Cloud to enhance the user experience of the energy company’s app.
The alliance will see the integration of advanced artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cloud security solutions. The core objective of the agreement is to evolve the app into a more innovative and personalized service platform for customers.
“Since its launch in 2019, the YPF app has been a cornerstone of our digital strategy, improving customer experience across our service station network. This partnership with Google Cloud will further boost our vision, centered on continuous innovation and operational efficiency, to keep delivering better service to our customers,” said Guillermo Garat, President of YPF Digital.
One of the key developments in this evolution will be the integration of virtual assistants powered by Google Cloud technology, allowing for a more efficient and tailored support for users.
Through this alliance, YPF Digital and Google Cloud aim to strengthen the YPF app as the company’s primary digital touchpoint with its users, enhancing relationships and delivering a more comprehensive, accessible platform.
