Love’s launches preorder service at all Carl’s Jr. locations in the U.S.

The new mobile ordering option aims to streamline food service and reward customers.

Love’s Travel Stops has rolled out its preorder service to more than 130 Carl’s Jr. locations nationwide, enhancing convenience for travelers by allowing them to order ahead to skip the line and customize their meals in advance. 

The service, powered by Bite and accessible through the Love’s Connect App, builds on an earlier launch at Love’s Arby’s locations and reflects the company’s ongoing investment in faster, more flexible service. By using the app, customers can browse the Carl’s Jr. menu, select a pickup time up to one hour in advance, and pay directly from their mobile device.

“Love’s new order ahead option enhances the overall dining experience by ensuring customers get their orders quickly and accurately,” said Joe Cotton, vice president of food service for Love’s. “We’re committed to continually investing in our customers’ experience, and order ahead is a big step in that direction.”

The service also integrates with the My Love Rewards program, allowing professional drivers to earn and redeem points during checkout. To celebrate the nationwide rollout, Love’s is offering a limited-time promotion, granting a free Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger to customers who place an order of $10 or more through the app.

Looking ahead, Love’s plans to expand order ahead to additional in-store restaurants, including Hardee’s, Bojangles, and Taco John’s.
