Partnership with the iconic pizza brand enhances convenience and brings New York-style flavors to Mexican consumers.

OXXO is expanding its foodservice offering with the addition of the international pizza chain Sbarro, reinforcing its commitment to offering fresh, high-quality prepared food that’s ready to enjoy on the go.
Since October 6, Sbarro has been available at the OXXO Río de la Plata store in Monterrey, with a second location launching soon at OXXO Valle Oriente I. The partnership, built on a close collaboration between both companies, adapts a successful international casual dining concept to the Mexican market, replicating experiences already established in the United States and other countries.
“At OXXO, every decision we make is centered on the consumer,” said Ximena Reynoard, Director of Foodservice at OXXO México. “Bringing in Sbarro, a prestigious international brand known for its quality and tradition, allows us to deliver freshly made products directly to our customers while strengthening our commitment to innovation and understanding their consumption habits and lifestyles. This collaboration also enriches our offering and diversifies the shopping experience.”
More than just speed and convenience, the alliance aims to deliver a new in-store experience, bringing an international casual dining concept into a familiar and accessible format for Mexican customers.
In addition to the Sbarro launch, OXXO is expanding its foodservice portfolio with the opening of six more Ditsch stores in Monterrey, following the brand’s debut earlier this year.
