Last update: Jun 26, 2025
New alliance brings Oxxo products to DiDi Shop users in Mexico City, with nationwide expansion planned.
Oxxo and DiDi have announced a new strategic partnership aimed at enhancing the convenience store delivery experience in Mexico.
Starting this month, residents of Mexico City can now order their favorite Oxxo products through DiDi Shop, the convenience and grocery delivery service available within the DiDi super app. The collaboration integrates the retailer’s “Oxxo a Domicilio” digital channel with DiDi’s delivery infrastructure, connecting physical stores with thousands of couriers and reaching DiDi’s 16 million monthly active users in Mexico.
Through the DiDi Shop platform, users will gain access to a wide selection of Oxxo items, fulfilled by the nearest store to ensure fast delivery, broad availability, and a seamless customer experience.
“We’re constantly evolving to stay close to our customers and meet their needs,” said Ada Maldonado, Director of Direct Delivery at Oxxo Mexico. “This partnership is a key step in strengthening our digital presence in Mexico City while maintaining our values of convenience, trust, and accessibility.”
The partnership will roll out to additional cities across the country throughout 2025. With Oxxo’s nationwide presence and DiDi Shop’s growing network of couriers and users, the alliance is set to enhance hyper-convenience and further advance Mexico’s on-demand delivery ecosystem.
