The company recently took over a Shell location in Utrecht from the Teunissen family and grew its reach with almost 60 locations nationwide.
Dutch family-owned company Vissers Energy Group has recently completed the acquisition of the De Wetering gas station and car wash business in Utrecht.
The company is taking over this location from the Teunissen family, expanding its footprint to nearly 60 gas stations throughout the Netherlands. A special feature of this location is the extensive car wash with interior track, which allows customers to thoroughly clean both the exterior and interior of their vehicle.
In time, the shop at the gas station will be converted into a Moments & More branch, Vissers' shop concept.
“It is with confidence and enthusiasm that we take this step. We are convinced that the location is in good hands at Vissers Energy Group and will continue to provide the quality and service that customers are used to,” said Johan Teunissen, former owner of the site.
Vissers Energy Group is a family-owned company that has been active in the energy market for more than 100 years. The company has focused on the operation and development of gas stations since 1994.
