Circle K has launched the largest alcohol cashback program in the U.S. convenience retail sector, offering real-time digital rebates on beer, wine, and spirits across more than 4,300 stores in 31 states. By teaming up with retail technology firm Swiftly, the initiative aims to simplify alcohol promotions, boost customer loyalty, and provide measurable returns for participating brands.

Now live within the Circle K mobile app, the program allows eligible customers to receive immediate cashback after purchasing qualifying alcohol products, eliminating the traditional hassle of mail-in rebates. Since its initial rollout in May, the retailer has reported increased rebate redemptions and stronger conversion rates in its alcohol category.

“Our customers are looking for convenience and savings, and this program delivers both,” said Jeff Lohnes, Director of Adult Beverage for U.S. at Circle K. “By partnering with Swiftly, we’re not only bringing exciting offers to our shoppers but also further enhancing customer loyalty.”

With a user base in the millions, the Circle K app serves as a powerful media channel for suppliers, offering targeted promotions supported by in-store signage, digital displays, and a seamless in-app rebate experience.

The launch underscores Circle K’s commitment to blending convenience with innovation, responding to shifting consumer expectations with tools that enhance the overall shopping experience.
