Circle K streamlines B2B fuel payments across Mid-Europe
Last update: Jul 11, 2025
Deployment of The ai Corporation’s aiEazyFuel platform looks to enhance fleet payment services following recent market expansion.

Circle K is strengthening its digital payment infrastructure across Europe by expanding its partnership with The ai Corporation (ai), a UK-based provider of fleet and mobility card solutions. Following successful implementation of ai’s aiEazyFuel platform in its Scandinavian and Baltic operations, the retailer will extend the technology to its recently acquired networks in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
The move comes after Circle K’s acquisition of key fuel retail assets from TotalEnergies in mid-European markets. The aiEazyFuel platform will support B2B fleet payments across these new sites, offering a secure and integrated solution tailored to the evolving needs of business customers.
"The extension of our partnership with The ai Corporation and the rollout of the aiEazyFuel platform across our Mid-European markets is an important milestone in our efforts to deliver best-in-class services to our business customers," said Reno Peter Øhlenschlæger, VP B2B Mobility and Sales at Circle K.
The aiEazyFuel platform offers features including multi-level customer hierarchies, flexible pricing rules, cross-border transaction visibility, and the ability to integrate both traditional and digital payment methods. "Our aiEazyFuel platform delivers a modern, secure, and streamlined payment experience, and we are proud to contribute to Circle K's commitment to enhancing the fuel retail experience for their business customers," Piers Horak, CEO of ai, emphasized the strategic alignment
With over 2,100 retail locations now under Circle K’s operation in mid-Europe, alongside a similar network in the Nordics and Baltics, the company’s broader integration of ai's technology aims to establish a unified, pan-European fleet payment platform.
